This consulting role is a good fit for individuals who have US based contacts that are business owners or have strong professional networks and are looking for a flexible, remote consulting-style opportunity. Compensation is performance-based, with commission income and ongoing monthly residuals tied to the business relationships you help establish.

Bookkeepers and fractional CFOs
Insurance agents and benefits consultants
HR professionals and business advisors

This model works well for people who are comfortable having conversations, enjoy helping business owners solve real problems, and want to build recurring income.
Sales experience is helpful but not required. Training is provided. A health insurance or life insurance license is not required for this position. Your role is to schedule an appointment and introduce qualified business owners to one of Irongate’s professional business advisors, who handle the details and presentation of the program.
